Return Policy: To receive a full refund, please return item/items within 10 days of delivery. You will be refunded the full amount excluding postage and handling. All items should be returned with a delivery confirmation for your protection. If you don't have a delivery confirmation and we do not receive your returned merchandise, a refund will not be applicable.
Closeout Items: There are no cash refunds on closeout items. Only exchanges are allowed for closeout items. Customer is responsible for the shipping cost both ways. Customer is responsible for paying the price difference for a upgrade on exchanges.

There are no refunds on the custom made products. If there is an issue with your custom made item, please let us know within 72 hours of receipt. We will correct the item if damaged or a mistake was made on our part but there are No refunds on custom products.
